Design Tip
To minimize costs, reduce the number of part setups, inspection dimensions, or strict tolerances, and avoid deep pockets with small radii.
PPSU
PPSU (polyphenylsulfone) is a high temperature thermoplastic material with outstanding impact resistance. It's resistant to hot water and steam and can withstand repeated cycles in a steam autoclave.
A general purpose extrusion grade of PPSU offers exceptional hydrolytic stability and better toughness than most commercially available high-temperature polymers.
